57 In Schedule 4 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (extension of disclosure powers)—

(a) omit paragraph 47, and

(b) after paragraph 53D insert—

“53E Sections 34(2) and 35 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.”
