32 (1) Section 28 of the Offender Management Act 2007 (application of polygraph conditions for certain offenders released on licence) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (3)(a), after “section” insert “ 226A or ”.

(3) In subsection (3)(f), after “226” insert “ , 226B ”.
