28In section 60(3) (applications under section 25 of the Children Act 1989 in case of child remanded or committed to local authority accommodation)—
(a)omit “or committed”, and
(b)after “local authority accommodation” insert “under section 91(3) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012”.
