Schedule 8: Costs in criminal cases: service courts

360.Schedule 8 makes similar provision in relation to the legal costs of an appellant in the Court Martial Appeal Court as the provision made in relation to civilian courts in Schedule 7. It also removes the restriction on successful appellants against sentence receiving costs (see paragraph 2(2)).
