The Opencast Coal Act 1958 is amended as follows.

In section 51(1) (interpretation), in the definitions of “statutory undertakers” and “statutory undertaking”, for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.

In section 52(2) (application to Scotland), in the definitions of “statutory undertakers” and “statutory undertaking”, for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
