77In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”—E+W+S+N.I.

(a)for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b)for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
