Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 U.K.

77 U.K. In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
