Part 1 U.K. Postal Services Act 2000

52 (1) Schedule 3 (transfer to the Post Office company: supplementary provisions) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit paragraphs 6(1), 7, 9 and 10.

(3) In the other provisions, for “the Post Office company”, in each place, substitute “ the original holding company ”.
