162 U.K. In Schedule 4 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (enactments to which section 17 of Act applies)—

(a) omit paragraph 51, and

(b) at the end insert—

“53D Section 56(2) of the Postal Services Act 2011.”
