Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997 U.K.

149 U.K. In section 38(5) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997 (interpretation)—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
