109 U.K. In paragraph 11(7) of Schedule 28 (urban development corporations: land)—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
