1In Schedule 4 to the Finance Act 2003 (stamp duty land tax: chargeable consideration), in paragraph 17(2)(e) (arrangements involving public or educational bodies) for “section 482 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “ section 1 of the Academies Act 2010 ”.E+W
2In Schedule 17 to the Equality Act 2010 (disabled pupils: enforcement), in paragraph 13(4) (admissions) for paragraph (b) substitute—E+W
“(b)Academy arrangements (as defined in section 1 of the Academies Act 2010) between the responsible body for an Academy and the Secretary of State,”.
3In section 2 of AA 2010 (payments under Academy arrangements), omit subsection (5).E+W
