SCHEDULE 15 E+W Academies: minor amendments

1 E+W In Schedule 4 to the Finance Act 2003 (stamp duty land tax: chargeable consideration), in paragraph 17(2)(e) (arrangements involving public or educational bodies) for “section 482 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “ section 1 of the Academies Act 2010 ”.
