144 Application of this Part to the Crown

An amendment made by this Part in—

(a) the Town and Country Planning Act 1990,

(b) the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990,

(c) the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, or

(d) the Planning Act 2008,

binds the Crown.
