Section 48 (calculation of amount payable by each billing authority) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1A) in the definition of item T for “33(1)” substitute “31B(1)”.

In subsection (2)—
a
for “44(1) or” substitute “42B(1) or (as the case may be) 44(1) above or under section”, and
b
in the definition of item T after the second “in” insert “section 31B(1) or (as the case may be)”.
