22E+WIn section 38 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (minor definitions) in the definition of “new town corporation” for the “or” at the end of paragraph (b) substitute—
“(ba)the Greater London Authority so far as exercising its new towns and urban development functions, or”.
