1In section 184(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (definitions relating to persons subject to service discipline), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “member of the provost staff” substitute—
“(a)a service policeman (within the meaning given by section 375(1) of the Armed Forces Act 2006); or”.
