Modifying energy licences E+W+S

21 Powers under sections 17 to 20: consultation E+W+S

Before making a modification under any of sections 17 to 20, the Secretary of State must consult—

(a) the holder of any licence being modified,

(b) the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, and

(c) such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
