State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 (c. 14) U.K.

33 U.K. In section 16(1) of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 (meaning of “retirement pension income” for purposes of that Act) for paragraph (k) substitute—

“(k) any sum payable by way of pension under section 5 of the Civil List Act 1837 or section 7 of the Civil List Act 1952;”.
