100 Guidance

Any guidance under this Part—

(a) must be in writing;

(b) may be varied or revoked by further guidance;

(c) may be given to one or more particular persons, or generally;

(d) may make provision generally or in relation to specific cases; and

(e) may make different provision for different cases.
