176 E+W In the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, in section 58 (exempt landlords and resident landlords), in subsection (1)(a), for the words from “police authority” to “1996” substitute “ a police and crime commissioner, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
