Lump sum death benefits to be payable to persons aged 75 or over U.K.

33 (1) Paragraph 13 (defined benefits lump sum death benefit) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) The existing text becomes sub-paragraph (1).

(3) In that sub-paragraph—

(a) omit paragraph (a);

(b) omit paragraph (c) (but not the “and” after it);
