Section 39B of the Child Support Act 1991 (disqualification for holding or obtaining driving licence or travel authorisation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(b) and (c), for “a travel authorisation” substitute “
a United Kingdom passport
”
.

after the definition of “relevant document” insert—
“United Kingdom passport” has the same meaning as in the Immigration Act 1971 (see section 33(1)).

omit the definition of “travel authorisation”.
