SCHEDULE 4Reservoirs
Power to make further provision

The Minister may by order make such further amendments to the Reservoirs Act 1975 as appear necessary or desirable in consequence of the amendments made by this Schedule.

An order under sub-paragraph (1) may not be made unless a draft has been laid before and approved by resolution of—
a
each House of Parliament, in the case of an order made by the Secretary of State, or
b
the National Assembly for Wales, in the case of an order made by the Welsh Ministers.
