Ministerial responsibility E+W

42 (1) In this Schedule, and the amendments of the Reservoirs Act 1975 made by this Schedule, a reference to the Minister is a reference to— E+W

(a) the Secretary of State, in relation to England, and

(b) the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales.

(2) After section 27B of the Reservoirs Act 1975 insert—

“27C Ministerial responsibility

References to “the Minister” in this Act are to be construed in accordance with paragraph 42 of Schedule 4 to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.”
