Section 126 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (acts which are both unfair dismissal and discrimination) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for paragraph (b) substitute—

b

the Equality Act 2010.”

In subsection (2)—

a

for “any one of those Acts or Regulations” substitute “ either of those Acts ”, and

b

for “any other of them” substitute “ the other ”.
