Section 32 (public sector duties: compliance notice) is amended as follows.

For subsection (1) substitute—

This section applies where the Commission thinks that a person has failed to comply with a duty under or by virtue of section 149, 153 or 154 of the Equality Act 2010 (public sector equality duty).
