330 U.K. The Finance Act 1988 is amended as follows.

334 U.K. Omit section 73(2) to (4) (consideration for certain restrictive undertakings).

337 U.K. In paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 (building societies: change of status)—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (1), and

(b) in sub-paragraph (2) for “those Acts” substitute “ the Capital Allowances Act 2001 ”.
