(a)in paragraph (a), after “section 17(4)” insert “ to (7) ”,
(b)in paragraph (b), for “section 21(1)(b) and (5) to (7)” substitute “ section 21(4C)(e) ”, and
(c)before paragraph (d) insert—
“(ca)section 22A,”.
