6 E+W In section 67 of that Act (general provision about orders etc under the Act)—

(a) in subsection (4) insert at the appropriate place—

“section 41A(2)(c),”, and

(b) in subsection (5)(a) insert at the appropriate place—

“section 41A(2)(b),”.
