1(1)The Coast Protection Act 1949 (c. 74) is amended as follows.
(2)Omit Part 2 (provisions for safety of navigation).
(3)In section 49(1) (interpretation), in the definitions of “sea” and “seashore”, for “subsections (2) and (2A)” substitute “subsection (2)”.
