(1)Section 550AA of the Education Act 1996 (c. 56) (power of members of staff to search pupils for weapons) is amended as follows.
(2)At the end of the title insert “: Wales”.
(3)In each of subsections (1) and (4) after “a school” insert “in Wales”.
