5 E+WIn section 52A(1) (duty to safeguard pupils receiving secondary education) after “by virtue of section 18(1)(aa) or (ab) of this Act,” insert—

“(aa) by a sixth form college corporation by virtue of section 33E(1)(b) or (c) of this Act,”.
