Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 (c. 36) U.K.

12 E+W In section 21(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “appropriate Minister” substitute—

“appropriate Minister”—

(a) in relation to England, means the Secretary of State,

(b) in relation to Wales, means the Welsh Ministers,

(c) in relation to Northern Ireland, means the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, and

(d) in relation to Scotland, means the Scottish Ministers,”.
