44 In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), at the appropriate places under the heading “Other Bodies, Etc” insert—

• “An economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”;

• “A combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”
