4 E+W In section 11(2) of the Local Government Act 1966 (grants for certain expenditure due to ethnic minority population), for the words from “and a joint authority” to the end substitute “ , a joint authority established by Part 4 of the Local Government Act 1985, an economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 and a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act as it applies to a local authority. ”
