Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (c. 56) E+W

1 E+W In section 69(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, for the words from “or a joint authority” to the end substitute “ , a joint authority established by Part 4 of the Local Government Act 1985, an economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 or a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act; ”.
