55 E+W In section 17(4) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (local authority and statutory undertakers' land), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority”, after “Local Government Act 1985” insert “ , a combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 ”.
