Section 83 (making of simplified planning zone schemes) is amended as follows.

In subsections (1A), (2B) and (4) (as inserted by section 42 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5)) for “regional spatial strategy” substitute “ regional strategy ”.
