Proceedings E+W

6 (1) Subject to this Schedule, the Commission may regulate its own proceedings and the proceedings of any of its committees or sub-committees (including quorum). E+W

(2) The validity of proceedings of the Commission, or of any of its committees or sub-committees, is not affected by—

(a) a vacancy, or

(b) a defective appointment.
