(5)After subsection (7) of that section insert—
“(8)Any regulations (whether alone or with other provision)—
(a)under subsection (1)(a) for prescribing activities for the purposes of paragraph 4B(5)(a) of Schedule 1; or
(b)under subsection (1)(bc), (bd) or (be),
