17 U.K. FA 1994 is amended as follows.

18 U.K. In section 12A(3)(c) (other assessment relating to excise duty matters)—

(a) after “13AB,” insert “ 13AD, ”, and

(b) after “14,” insert “ 14F, ”.

19 U.K. In section 12B(2)(f) (section 12A: supplementary provisions)—

(a) after “13AB,” insert “ 13AD, ”, and

(b) after “14” insert “ , 14F ”.

20 U.K. In section 14(1)(ba) (requirement for review of a decision)—

(a) after “13AB,” insert “ 13AD, ”, and

(b) after “14,” insert “ 14F, ”.
