42(1)Section 40B (disqualification from driving) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsections (5) to (8), for “Secretary of State” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “Commission”.
(3)In subsection (9)—
(a)for “Secretary of State” substitute “Commission”;
(b)for “he” substitute “it”.
