13In Part 4 of Schedule 2 (the reserved regulatory functions of Pensions Regulator: functions under 2004 Act)—
(a)after paragraph 30 insert—
“30AThe power to issue a direction under section 39A(6) to any person.”; and
(b)after paragraph 33 insert—
“33AThe power to issue a direction under section 43A(3) to any person.”
