23In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (c. 51) (definition of public records), in paragraph 3, insert at the appropriate place in Part 2 of the Table (other establishments and organisations)—
“The trustee corporation established by section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008.”
