1 U.K. In section 4 of the Congenital Disabilities (Civil Liability) Act 1976 (interpretation), in subsection (2), for “section 1 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990” substitute “ section 1(1) of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 and any regulations under section 1(6) of that Act ”.
