4(1)Where a licence to remove any remains is issued under paragraph 2(1) or (2), the licensee may remove from the land any monument to the deceased and re-erect it elsewhere or otherwise dispose of it.U.K.
(2)The reasonable costs of removal and re-erection under sub-paragraph (1) shall be paid by the nominated undertaker.
