65(1)Section 28 of the Housing Act 1996 (grants under sections 50 to 54 of the Housing Act 1988) is amended as follows.
(2)Omit subsections (1), (2) and (6).
(3)In the heading for “ss 50 to 54” substitute “Part 2”.
