Circumstances in which replacement tenancies arise E+W

15 E+W In this Part of this Schedule “an original tenancy” means any secure tenancy, assured tenancy, introductory tenancy or demoted tenancy—

(a) in respect of which a possession order was made before the commencement date, and

(b) which ended before that date pursuant to the order but not on the execution of the order.
