(b)for “the Committee” substitute “the Adjudicator”.
(3)In subsection (2)(b) for “Committee think” substitute “Adjudicator thinks”.
(4)In subsection (3)—
(a)for “Fitness to Practise Committee make” substitute “Adjudicator makes”, and
(b)for “the Committee” substitute “the Adjudicator”.
